1

Start with your goals

Review the inputs and suggested targets rather than accepting unexplained numbers. Keep your own targets or review app suggestions.

2

Add context, optionally

Record known conditions and medications to keep relevant nutrients and guidance in view. Review general recommendations alongside your own or clinician-set targets.

3

Choose your view

Use classic rings, ribbons, glass-style displays or the Haven landscape. Choose which nutrients you want to see without changing the underlying totals.

YOUR CONDITIONS. YOUR CONTEXT.

A plan that starts with more of your story.

You can record known conditions such as fatty liver, high cholesterol and hyperaldosteronism. NutriForMe uses recognised conditions to highlight relevant nutrition information—not just a single calorie number.

Fatty liver

Bring sugar and saturated-fat information into view alongside your recorded health context.

High cholesterol

Keep fibre and saturated fat visible when reviewing the foods you eat and plan.

Hyperaldosteronism

Bring potassium and sodium information forward, with your clinician-set targets kept in control.

GLP-1 NUTRITION SUPPORT

Keep nourishment in view.
Not just the number on the scales.

Taking a GLP-1 medication? Plan meals around your routine, log what you eat and track protein against your chosen target. Keep food intake and nutrition visible alongside your weight journey.

GLP-1 medicines can reduce appetite, which can make adequate food and protein intake harder to maintain. Individual needs are best reviewed with your clinician or dietitian. Read the joint nutrition advisory ↗

Medications are part of the picture, too.

Optionally record the medications you take so that context stays with your nutrition profile and target review. Conditions and medication context can prompt a closer review of general recommendations; they do not automatically create a disease-specific diet or change your calorie needs.

You choose which suggested targets to apply. Clinician-set targets take priority. NutriForMe supports nutrition self-management, not diagnosis, treatment or medication changes.
